Payment, Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Pacific Safaris:
- Exchange rates on the date of settlement will apply for international transactions.
- Packages include very comfortable lodging with deluxe meals (wine/beer option also available), plus full use of all lodge facilities (hot tub & sauna, wi-fi internet & computer station, books, games & poker tables) and your scheduled wilderness activity.
- Meals & Moorage packages available for BYOBoat guests. Reservations recommended!
- Guests are welcome to bring their own gear for their wilderness activity. Additional transportation charges may apply to kayaks and surfboards.
- All Non-residents can apply for 5% GST rebate for accommodations portion of lodging upon departure from Canada.
- $100 CAD single room discount on double occupancy rate is available for lodging only.
- Discounts for guests 12 yrs and under for lodging as third guest in room.
- Arrival/Departure is flexible and according to package purchased. Changes may be made to any itinerary or schedule as required with adequate notice.
- Groups of 8 or more guests qualify for incentive packages; please contact us with details for your personalized quote.
- Fish is cleaned, storage on ice in cooler, headed or filleted and packaged fresh upon departure in personalize labeled styrofoam coolers with liners and gel packs and waxed carton sleeves for airline transport. Arrangements can be made for processing. You are welcome to bring your own coolers to transport your catch.
- Fishing license fees are extra and available for purchase at the lodge. Click here for fishing license fees.
- Gratuity is not included and respectfully left to your discretion.
- See Trip Dates for our 2010 season. Rates subject to change at any time. Deposit guarantees quoted rates (excluding fuel increase surcharges if applicable). Quotes are honoured for 15 workings days from date.
- Additional services available at the Lodge include sales of fishing licenses, portioning & vaccuum packaging, additional fish packing coolers, tackle, gear, bait, ice or gel packs and souvenir items plus transporting our guests' fish to processor, and third party processing and shipping fee arrangements. Seaplane flights from Campbell River, Vancouver or the Seattle area can be arranged.
Payments
We accept Canadian Dollars with Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Traveller's Cheques, Personal/Company Cheques and Cash. US Dollar rate payments are accepted with Traveller's Cheques, Personal/Company Cheques and Cash, as invoiced by request. |
Cancellations and Refunds
Of course, we will both regret any cancellations. Our policies are as flexible and understanding as possible. Many of our trip costs are incurred well in advance of trip departures and others may have been turned away because of lack of space. All cancellations or changes must be received at our office in writing and exchanges will be awarded according to the following:
- A thirty percent (30%) non-refundable, deposit per person to confirm booking dates. This amount is transferable prior to 60 days of confirmed dates when the client may request to re-book another available date in the same or following calendar season. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to first night.
- We will transfer guest names at any time with written notice.
- We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance on travel expenses.
- We take no responsibility for cancellations or delays with transportation connections.
- To ensure the availability of your fishing trip or safari, we recommend that a reservation be made in advance.
